2. Please use pre embedded anchor bolts to horizontally install the equipment on a solid foundation.
3. Please install the equipment, electrical control devices, and accessories correctly under the guidance of professionals, and check whether the pipelines are smooth, the installed instruments are correct, and there are no signs of damage. Before starting the equipment, please check whether there are any people or objects inside, outside, and around the equipment that affect its normal operation to avoid danger.
4. After installation, please first conduct a few seconds of trial operation to ensure that there are no electrical short circuits or abnormal sounds before proceeding with a short test run
5. If the mixing tank is equipped with a mechanical seal, an appropriate amount of 10 # or sewing machine oil must be injected into the lubrication groove of the machine seal before the main engine starts. The cooling chamber of the machine seal must be filled with cooling water to ensure good lubrication and cooling of the machine seal device. The machine seal is not adjusted when leaving the factory. After installation, adjust the machine seal to a higher position according to the installation and operation manual before it can operate normally (according to user needs).
6. After the equipment is in normal operation, please check the bearing temperature, running stability, sealing, etc., and whether the instrument is normal, and feed the equipment after confirming that it is normal.
