Equipment installation and commissioning of the mixing tank
1. Please inspect the equipment for any severe damage or significant deformation incurred during transportation, and verify that all fasteners are securely tightened.
2. Users are advised to install this equipment horizontally on a solid foundation by using embedded anchor bolts.
3. Please have the equipment, electrical control devices, and accessories installed correctly under the guidance of qualified professionals, and verify that all piping is unobstructed, that the installed instruments are properly configured, and that no damage is present. Before starting the equipment, inspect both the interior and exterior, as well as the surrounding area, to ensure there are no persons or objects that could interfere with its normal operation, thereby preventing potential hazards.
4. After installation, first perform a test run for a few seconds. Only proceed with a short trial rotation once you have confirmed there are no electrical short circuits or abnormal noises.
5. If the mixing tank is equipped with a mechanical seal, prior to starting the main unit, the seal’s lubrication reservoir must be filled with an appropriate amount of No. 10 machine oil, and cooling water must be circulated through the seal’s cooling chamber to ensure adequate lubrication and cooling. The mechanical seal is shipped without adjustment; after installation, it must be properly adjusted according to the installation and operating manual before normal operation can commence (as required by the user).
6. After the equipment has been started under normal operating conditions, check the bearing temperature, operational smoothness, sealing performance, and whether the instruments are functioning properly. Only proceed with material feeding and operation once everything has been confirmed to be in good working order.
