Introduction to the Mixing Tank and Mixing System
The concentrated and dilute solution tanks feature a double‑walled, insulated structure, with stirring configurations comprising mechanical agitation at the top and magnetic stirring at the bottom. The entire tank is designed and manufactured in full compliance with pressure vessel standards. The jacketed heating layer is capable of withstanding factory steam pressures up to 0.3 MPa, as well as pure steam sterilization conditions. All tank connections adhere to BPE standards, ensuring optimal cleanability and validation requirements. Liquid level measurement is achieved via electronic weighing or level‑sensing technology. The equipment is equipped with an overpressure relief device (rupture disc) for pure‑steam sterilization, an electrically heated breather, cleaning balls, a diaphragm pressure gauge, and temperature sensors.
