Equipment installation and commissioning of the mixing tank

1. Please inspect the equipment for any severe damage or significant deformation that may have occurred during transportation, and also check whether any fasteners have come loose.
2. Please have users install the equipment horizontally on a solid foundation by pre-embedding anchor bolts.
3. Please follow the guidance of qualified professionals when installing equipment, electrical control devices, and accessories correctly. Additionally, ensure that all pipelines are clear, installed instruments are positioned accurately, and no damage has occurred. Before starting the equipment, carefully inspect both inside and outside the unit, as well as the surrounding area, to confirm that there are no people or objects present that could interfere with its normal operation—and thus prevent potential hazards.
4. After installation, please first perform a few seconds of test run to ensure there are no electrical shorts or unusual noises before proceeding with a short trial operation.
5. If the mixing tank is equipped with a mechanical seal, before starting the main unit, ensure that the seal lubrication groove is filled with an appropriate amount of No. 10 or sewing machine oil. Additionally, cooling water must be circulated through the seal’s cooling chamber to provide proper lubrication and cooling for the sealing device. The mechanical seal is shipped from the factory without initial adjustment; after installation is complete, adjust the seal to the optimal position as specified in the installation and operation manual before the equipment can run normally (as per user requirements).
6. After the equipment has started running normally, please check the bearing temperature, operational stability, sealing performance, and ensure that all instruments are functioning properly. Only after confirming everything is normal should you proceed with feeding materials and starting operation.
